Second Annual Meeting

- Election of Directors – 5 positions up for election
The LUOA Board, by resolution, on 3/8/10, voted to expand the board from 7 members to 9 members. The 2- year terms of four board members (John Pehrson, Lloyd Douglas, Don Bennett, and Tim Soerens) extend one more year so there will be five open board positions. Current Directors Kevin McCarthy and Diane Masson have agreed to have their names put in nomination. Lorie Groth and Jim Goodspeed, who have been very active and effective in LUOA’s efforts for the past 9 months, have also agreed we can put their names in nomination. We are encouraging you to offer additional nominations by email to contact@luoa.org. Please do so by March 20, 2010, with the agreement of the person being nominated to serve and a brief bio. Nominations may also be made from the floor.
