We’re a friendly, beautiful dock community with direct access to Lake Union—perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, or just watching the lake life go by. Downtown Seattle is an easy walk or trolley ride away, and Eastlake puts great everyday living at your doorstep: fine dining, pizza spots, coffee shops, and neighborhood services like spas and studios.
